TrackHub ("the App") is a track and field statistics application that helps users follow college track & field performances, meet results, and athlete statistics. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to your use of the App.

Information We Collect

Data We Store Locally

• Favorites: Athletes, schools, and meets you mark as favorites are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage.
• Preferences: App settings and welcome screen status are stored locally on your device.

Data We Access

• Track & Field Statistics: The app displays publicly available track & field information, including meet results, athlete performances, and school data, sourced from public records such as TFRRS.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identification information.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not track your usage or behavior within the App.
• We do not use analytics or tracking services.
• We do not require account creation.

How We Use Information

• Favorites: To display your saved athletes, schools, and meets for quick access.
• Statistics Data: To display track and field performances, meet results, and athlete comparisons.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Supabase solely for database and backend services related to publicly available track and field statistics. No user accounts are created, and no personal or device-identifiable information is stored or processed by Supabase.

Data Security

• All favorites and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• We use HTTPS for all network communications.
• We do not transmit any personal user data to external servers.

Children's Privacy

TrackHub does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App displays publicly available sports statistics for informational purposes only.

Your Rights

Since all user-related data is stored locally on your device:

• Delete Data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
• Clear Favorites: You can remove favorites directly within the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
